Lisselot Monegro has more than 20 years’ experience in educational leadership.
She served in various roles at Edison Schools from 2001 – 2007, including Executive Assistant, Division Coordinator, and Client Service Specialist. From 2007 – 2012, she served as an Administrative Associate, Office Manager, and Business Manager at the elementary and middle school sites of Girls Prep Charter School, and assumed the role of Director of Student and Family Affairs at the middle school from 2012 – 2018. Ms. Monegro joined Bronx Arts in 2018, as a founding leadership member of the middle school and has remained committed to the fostering of a positive, constructive school culture built on communication, productive interventions, and regular collaboration between administration, faculty, families and students.
