Charles Whites holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University, as well as Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration degrees from New York Law School and Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, respectively.
While at New York Law, he authored and published an article in the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law, and was a New York Law School Teaching Fellow.
Mr. Whites worked for the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a corporate associate, and currently works for New York Life Insurance Company’s Office of General Counsel, where he is currently Vice President and Associate General Counsel, overseeing legal advisement related to all life insurance and annuity products. A member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc and various other organizations, Mr. Whites resides in Mount Vernon, NY with his wife and their two children.
