The Bronx Arts Student
Bronx Arts students are curious about their world, engaged in their community and inspired by the creativity that guides them each day. They’re immersed in an environment that allows them to flourish and thrive in the classroom and beyond by nurturing creative thinking and a love of learning.

Curious
“I felt like this was the perfect place for Liam to grow. I love the balance of creativity and academics, and Liam just loves it all, especially dance and theater. It’s his favorite thing at Bronx Arts besides his teachers.”
-Janelle Jones, Bronx Arts parent

Engaged
“I don’t just teach music, for me it’s deeper than that. It’s about building the next generation of leaders who are going to make an impact on their community, in the Bronx, or wherever they go in life.”
-Juan Pimentel, Elementary music teacher

Inspired
“Students are inspired by our incredible teachers and staff, many of whom have been at Bronx Arts for more than 10 years. They say it’s the family feel, the community, a passion for the arts, that drives them to do what they do.”
-Kathy Ortiz, Executive Director
